Polynesian Pork Chops

What you need:
* 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-in. thick (about 1-lb.)
* 1 tsp. garlic powder
* 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
* 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2-c.)
* 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell'sŪ Golden Mushroom soup
* 1/4 c. water
* 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, undrained
* 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
* 1 Tbsp. honey
* 1 c. regular long grain white rice, prepared according to pkg. directions (about 3-c.)
* sliced green onions
What to do:
1. Season the pork with the garlic powder.
2. Heat the oil in a 10-in. skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.
2. Stir the onion, soup, water, pineapple with juice, soy sauce and honey in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 min. or until the pork is cooked through. Serve the pork and sauce with the rice and sprinkle with the green onion.
